My husband and I have traveled quite a bit during the past few years, and most often I have determined our itinerary. Before our most recent trip to Italy, however, I decided to consult Janine prior to finalizing our plans. I am so glad I did! She has extensive knowledge (and love) of Italy and was able to recommend places, hotels, restaurants, activities, etc., that were perfect for us, and that I know I never would've found on my own. Same Great Service
Well done Jessica Burton-Zimmerman, Hollie and I—along with my family Joe and Deborah Yutzy—had a wonderful time in Alaska, wow what a experience. Everything went off with out a hitch, hiccup, or problem. The rental car; the fact that the hotel we stayed at at the airport came and took our bags right to the ship; the food; the balcony room and its location; our room steward. Something I would suggest is going on the Tracy Arm Fiords excursion. We did not go on that one and missed seeing killer whales. We have used High Plains Travel in the past but I have to say its the same great service. The couple that went with us said they will only use Princess Cruises. This was our first and it won't be our last. Service was Princess's power—I cannot say enough about it! Wonderful! Thanks so much for making this a memorable vacation.

The Perfect Wedding
We wanted to reach out and tell you what a wonderful job you did helping us to plan our special day in October down in the Riviera Maya. You and your team executed every single detail. You knew from the beginning how extremely important to me, that no stone was left unturned! I can tell you that it was beyond my imagination or my dreams, it was exactly what ever woman wants for her special day. It's one thing to marry the man of your dreams—an Air Force Colonel—but it's another to have everything come together in such perfect harmony and beauty.
There were trials and tribulations that can be expected, you overcame each and everyone. When one of your past agents dropped the ball, you were fast to pick it up and follow it through to the very end. Being in the corporate world, I know attention to detail is extremely important. And every detail was covered, from the champagne in the rooms, to the flowers, the location, the amazing decor on the beach, and at the reception.
The resort was most definitely a five-star. The service was outstanding, the rooms were beautiful and elegant, the spa was beyond belief. I can honestly say there was absolutely nothing that you could've done that would've made my day any better!
The wedding on the beach was breathtaking and the weather was outstanding, which only added to the total experience. I can never thank you enough for what you've done, and provided to make our wedding day the most special day, and one I will never forget!
You and your company are truly an outstanding organization that I will recommend to anyone whether it is for a wedding, anniversary, or just a trip away. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Excellent Recommendations
The trip was terrific! As you predicted, the Barcela Maya was an excellent all-inclusive. We enjoyed the ala carte restaurants as well as the buffet—excellent food in both. And the beach was probably the best we have ever visited. We took two excursions—one to Coba (where we were also able to swim in an underground cenote) and on your recommendation one to Tulum (where we were able to swim in an above ground cenote). Kudos also to Lomas Travel. They were particularly a huge help at the airport both on arrival and departure. And to top it all off, the weather was perfect.
Thanks for all your help in making this a successful and enjoyable trip, Cheri. We look forward to working with you again on our next vacation.

A Valuable Employee
Dear Donna,
Let me tell you about Jessica Zimmerman! I first came in contact with Jessica about two and a half years ago (October 2013) when I decided it was time to return to Walt Disney World (WDW). I called the agency I had done business with previously and their Disney expert was totally uninterested! She told me to call three months before I wanted to travel. Well, excuse me, how can I determine if I can afford the trip if no one will give me pricing? Totally frustrated, I went to the yellow pages and found your agency. Right away, I was connected with Jessica. She was so kind and spent about an hour or so on the phone with me giving me airline fares, room rates, and park fees. I had the added complication as two people would be leaving out of Denver. She didn’t know if I would actually book or not but she took the time and made the effort to get me every piece of information I could possibly want. Needless to say, I booked the trip in January, 2014.
Forward to 2015 when my son was getting married. Once again, I called Jessica as they had no clue where they wanted to go on their honeymoon—one wanted this and the other wanted that. Guess what—they landed back in WDW. Jessica told me that people could gift them through the agency to help pay the costs and she made sure they got special attention because they were on their honeymoon. They enjoyed that and have some very memorable pictures.
Long story short, their going to WDW got me wanting to return for one last time. Once again—Jessica. This trip was complicated: three people leaving from Colorado Springs, two from Denver, and two from Kansas. She could not have been kinder or more patient, even finding a motel in Wichita where they could stay on Saturday night and park the vehicle for the week with courtesy transportation to the airport. I asked Jessica if I would be able to rent a scooter as I knew I could not stay on my feet that many hours. (The whole trip depended don this.) Jessica to the rescue—no problem.
I have certainly enjoyed working and talking with Jessica and can’t begin to tell you what a valuable employee you have! I will certainly recommend her to anyone who needs travel help.

Travel leaders did a great job organizing my vacation to St. Augustine, World Golf Hall of Fame, Walt Disney World, and Universal Studios Florida. All air, car, hotel, and scheduling went without a hitch. Recommendations for my fast passes as well as lunch & dinner reservations were spot on. Because of their knowledge, everything flowed as if I had planned it a year in advance. The detailed itinerary that included tee times, dining reservations, and fast passes were of great assistance on a daily basis. Plus, the staff found the most economical way to make the trip affordable.
